Rental period: From Saturday to Saturday

Additional rental conditions: Mid-season: pool heating compulsory

Hour of arrival and departure: Arrival after 4 pm, departure before 10 am

Security deposit: 1500 euro

Bed linen, towels and household linen: Mandatory; 30 euros per stay and per person

Final cleaning: Mandatory; 275 euro

Interim cleaning: Mandatory for rentals > week; 150 euro

Tourist tax: 4,6% on the rental price

Pool heating: Optional; 175 euro per week

Pets: Not allowed, subject to owners' agreement
